No single engineer pushes security-critical changes without at least two independent reviews. Our review process covers architecture, implementation, and operational impact before any code reaches production.
Systems are designed for failure and recovery
We assume every component will fail and build accordingly. Circuit breakers, graceful degradation, and automated failover are first-class design requirements, not afterthoughts.
Customer trust is treated as a long-term responsibility
We do not ship fast and break things. Every release goes through security regression testing, and we proactively notify customers of any issue that could affect their security posture.
