Product Manager, Compliance

We are hiring a Product Manager to own the compliance and audit features within the Cyberix platform. Based in our London office, you will work with engineering, design, and customers to build tools that simplify SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other compliance workflows for security teams.

Compliance is one of the fastest-growing areas of our platform. Customers are asking for automated evidence collection, continuous control monitoring, and audit-ready reporting that integrates directly with their security operations. You will define the vision and roadmap for how we deliver these capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep domain expertise in compliance frameworks and a proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Compliance and enterprise customers to ensure we build exactly what the market needs.

Responsibilities
  • ▸ Define and own the product roadmap for compliance and audit features
  • ▸ Conduct customer research to understand compliance pain points and workflows
  • ▸ Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering on delivery
  • ▸ Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • ▸ Work with sales and customer success to support enterprise compliance deals
  • ▸ Define success metrics and monitor adoption of compliance features post-launch
Requirements
  • ▸ 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in security or compliance
  • ▸ Deep understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance frameworks
  • ▸ Experience conducting customer research and translating findings into product requirements
  • ▸ Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track product metrics
  • ▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
  • ▸ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products on schedule
Nice to Have
  • ▸ Direct experience as a compliance officer or auditor
  • ▸ Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms
  • ▸ Experience with enterprise sales cycles and customer-driven product development
  • ▸ Background in cybersecurity operations or security engineering
